About the Role :

We're seeking an experienced Director, Product Marketing to be the center of strategy for Veracross's Business Office suite, including our Fintech and Insurtech solutions. This role decides which campaigns we run, what our messaging is, and when we launch, then partners closely with our demand generation team to bring that strategy to life.

In this position, you'll be the voice of the customer and the market, translating insight into positioning, launch plans, and enablement tools that drive adoption and growth. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, setting the direction they build around as Veracross brings its Business Office innovations to K–12 private schools across the globe.

Own Go-to-Market & Campaign Strategy

  • Serve as the center of strategy for the Business Office suite: decide which campaigns get prioritized, what the core messaging is, and when they launch across the calendar.
  • Direct the global demand generation teams on turning that strategy into an integrated calendar, staying closely involved through execution to keep it on track.
  • Drive the GTM process for all major Business Office, Fintech, and Insurtech launches, from positioning through post-launch performance review.
  • Build and maintain GTM playbooks that keep Product, Sales, and Marketing aligned around a single narrative and set of priorities.

Shape Product & Market Strategy

  • Become the internal expert on K–12 private school financial operations, including accounting, tuition, compliance, and risk.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis across EdTech, Fintech, and Insurtech to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Management to prioritize roadmap investments based on market demand and customer feedback.

Own the Narrative: Messaging & Positioning

  • Define and evolve one core story for the Business Office suite — a single narrative that ties Fintech and Insurtech together for CFOs, business officers, and heads of school.
  • Ensure that story shows up consistently everywhere it needs to: campaigns, sales conversations, product launches, and executive communications.
  • Partner with content, design, and demand-gen teams to produce the collateral that brings the story to life — web copy, videos, case studies, and presentations.

Enable Sales & Drive Demand

  • Create sales enablement resources: pitch decks, competitive briefs, battlecards, demo scripts, and FAQs.
  • Partner with marketing and revenue teams on the campaigns that build awareness and pipeline, staying closely involved in what gets prioritized and why.
  • Measure performance, analyze funnel impact, and iterate on messaging and campaign mix to improve conversion.

Mentor Product Marketers Across the Team

  • Mentor other product marketing managers, including those outside your direct reporting line, on messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy work.
  • Set the standard for how product marketing shows up at Veracross, and help less experienced PMMs bring their own work up to that bar.
