Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Admin) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, Korea, Taiwan, Pakistan and Australia/New Zealand.

Job Description

• Support Procure-to-pay process (P2P), including requisition, purchasing, receiving, invoicing and payment
• Maintain and regularly update spare parts pricing, purchasing data, and Material Master data
• Analyze the moving-part data and support on Scrap process
• Support the development and maintenance of working instructions and process documentation
• Support on special projects from Expert Service Center
• Collaborate closely with Procurement & Quality management and Expert Service Center

Qualifications

• Studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
• Can communicate Thai and strong communication skill in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset and ability to learn new processes and systems
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
• People and service oriented, Teamwork, Good time management 
• Expected internship duration at least 4 months

Additional Information

Daily allowance 500 THB / day.
