About the role

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design, implementation, and governance of scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring successful delivery across the application lifecycle. You will be a valued member of the project delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, quality assurance teams, and program leadership to achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead technical architecture design, solution governance, and oversight across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms.
  • Provide Agile sprint guidance, technical leadership, and direction to development teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Mentor team members, establish best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical and solution documentation.

What you need to have to be considered

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.
  • 3+ years of experience with API integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
  • 2+ years of Azure or cloud platform experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Cases, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Salesforce DX, APIs, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, Amazon S3, Azure AD, and JSON/XML technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, scalability, security, and design principles.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, SDLC management, and risk management practices.

These will help you stand out

  • Salesforce Platform Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
  • Experience working within partner ecosystem environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives.
  • Strong mentoring, stakeholder communication, and leadership capabilities.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000p.a - $130,000p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
