In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Perform weekly payroll audits and month end reporting items.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data extracted from Oracle, KBace, and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze, reconcile, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies using data from payroll and reporting systems.
  • Support month-end, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reporting and balancing activities.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, including Global HRIS billing and tax payment reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Must be open to take on a 6 months fixed-term employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting-related courses.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in US Payroll.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any Payroll systems.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and work schedules.

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • At least 1 year of ADP Smart Compliance knowledge is a plus.
