- Supervise assigned titles across process, P&L, development metrics, store presence, featuring requirements, and platform compliance.
- Work closely with Game Teams (PROD, QA, GD, GFX, etc.) to plan resources efficiently and support smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress regularly, anticipate issues, and provide guidance to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Track game health and KPIs, and act as a problem solver for issues related to servers, IAP, ratings, crashes, sales, alarms, and other operational topics.
- Propose platform or gameplay improvements when needed to optimize key metrics such as costs, installs, DAU, PAU, ARPI, and ARPDAU.
- Support implementation of new features and HQ requests, and provide timely status updates.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and support cross-division operational tasks when required.
- Serve as the central contact for Game Managers, HQ, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, issue follow-up, and smooth project progress.
- Report proactively to Game Manager, Game Operations Director, Operations Management, HQ Top Management, Exec Producers, and transversal managers.
Qualifications
Knowledge
- Understanding of managed platform procedures and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of game development.
- Technical knowledge of platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
Skills
- Strong service mindset and stakeholder management.
- Clear, fact-based communication with diplomatic negotiation skills.
- Good organization and resource planning.
- Leadership and ability to raise team performance standards.

- Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
