Job Description

1. Responsible for assembly process (Press-in/Dispensing/TKS welding…), FOR/Utilization improvement.

负责装配工艺的产品报废率和设备利用率的改善。

1. Automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in production floor.

自动化设备的保养和维修。

1. Vision system program optimization for related process (Cognex/Keyence/Nurocheck programming knowledge and HALCON vision is better)

视觉相关的程序的优化以及问题的解决。

1. Servo controller / Robot commissioning is necessary.

伺服以及机械手相关的程序的调试。

1. Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipment and process to reduce the downtime, changeover time, IDC and enhance the stability and OEE.

参与持续改善项目，降低设备停机，减少换型时间换型以及提高设备稳定性。

1. Familiar with digital tool, for example PowerBi, Python…, or have the experience of AI/CV.

熟悉数字化的工具，比如PowerBi, python..,或者具有AI，计算机视觉相关的经验。

1. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables parts.

负责备件和耗材的管理。

1. Other tasks from supervisor and management.

主管和管理层分配的其他任务。

1. On-call to support urgent machine or tooling issue

     10.24 On-call 支持紧急设备或者工装夹具问题的解决。

Qualifications

University, major in mechanical or computer

机械或计算机类大学毕业

Not less than 5 years experience in electronic&mechanism industries.

5年以上机械&电子制造业从业经验
