JLL's RESIpm team is experiencing significant growth, and we're building our talent pipeline for multiple leadership opportunities. We're seeking exceptional facilities and building management professionals to join our team in roles including:

• Facilities Manager
• Building Manager
• Shared Facilities Manager

What this opportunity involves:

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be the cornerstone of building performance and stakeholder satisfaction. You'll proactively manage all aspects of property operations, from maintaining strong resident and tenant relationships and conducting thorough inspections to implementing preventative maintenance programs and coordinating building services. Your keen eye will identify compliance gaps and risk issues before they escalate, while your leadership ensures operational procedures deliver exceptional service to every stakeholder.

This is a role where your expertise directly shapes outcomes—where attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and relationship management come together to create tangible value across single or multiple properties.

What You Bring

We're looking for accomplished facilities professionals with proven experience in building and facilities management operations. You have a track record of effective contractor management, regulatory compliance, and building positive relationships with owners, residents, and commercial tenants alike.

Your background includes either trade qualifications or tertiary education in building/facilities management, paired with several years of hands-on operational experience. You approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and take genuine pride in delivering quality outcomes.

Your toolkit includes strong communication abilities, natural customer service instincts, and confident MS Office and reporting skills that keep stakeholders informed and operations running smoothly.
