In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Hardware & Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, manage reservations, and coordinate equipment availability.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance, system testing, and precise calibration of technical equipment.
Configure and validate hardware setups for customer training events, ensuring a seamless, high-quality learning environment.
Logistics & Regional Support
Coordinate, pack, and deploy specialized hardware setups and training equipment for regional and on-site customer courses.
Create, test, and distribute localized software PC images.
Build, configure, and maintain demonstration units for sales, marketing, and trade show events.
Provide technical support during live customer and instructor training sessions.
Partner with local engineering teams to maintain laboratory infrastructure and equipment readiness.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Associate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training and experience.
Hands-on experience with hardware and instrumentation.
Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic systems and instrumentation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and common system utilities.
Intermediate to advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Ability to safely lift and move equipment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in hands-on technical support, laboratory operations, or hardware maintenance environments.
Familiarity with electronic circuit design concepts, networking concepts and basic electronic instrumentation.
Experience supporting customer training environments, demonstration equipment, or technical laboratories.
