Partly. I got me to the basic which I have to start adjusting all over again, but still I can’s dock the panel. Some pink squares appear randomly over the toolbar but no docking. I can dock to the upper toolbar and right panel but not the left one.

Edit after 5 min: success after deleting the toolbars from the left panel.
